class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Should not contain any particles or precipitates that will block the lines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nitric acid is the best choice of acid matrix typically between 1% w\/v and 3% w\/v<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The minimum sample is 5 mL<\/strong>, but the ideal final solution is 10mL in a 15 mL centrifuge tube. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solid Samples\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>commonly require digestion (usually its a nitric acid digestion)\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Our ICP-OES is not set up for HF digested <\/strong>samples
