We have chickens at the Paul R. Miller Research and Education Center<\/a>! As a part of Animal and Veterinary Sciences Associate Professor Sabrina Greenwood’s<\/a> teaching lab, students in ASCI 242 (Advanced Animal Nutrition) are helping to care for laying hens, and are adding paprika and marigold to their diets to see the impact of these common plant-based supplements on egg yolk color.<\/p>\n
