Nutrition and Food Sciences Professor Paul Kindstedt says that smaller cheese producers might have an edge in the future, for an article in <a href=\"https:\/\/food52.com\/blog\/27624-vermont-cheese-climate-change?\">Food52<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Plant Biology Professor Brian Beckage focuses on climate modeling, and during an interview with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wcax.com\/2022\/10\/10\/has-something-crucial-been-left-out-climate-change-models\/\">WCAX<\/a>, stated that most models don&#8217;t allow for adjustments as humans adapt to a changing climate.
