She also supported administrative functions at the Governors Highway Safety Program and Vermont Emergency Management Department of Public Safety.<!--more--> In addition, she spent nine years in the Berlin Elementary School as a paraeducator, administrative support person, and athletic director.<\/p>\n<p>Cooper enjoys local history and is president of the Berlin Historical Society.
