Since 2017, the Vermont Urban & Community Forestry Program<\/a> has worked with the Arbor Day Foundation and local partners to give free trees to Vermonters through the Community Canopy Program.<\/p>\n

In early June of 2023, 750 trees of four different species went to residents of Bellows Falls, Burlington, and St. Albans.
