Nutrition and Food Sciences Assistant Professor Trishnee Bhurosy<\/a> led research that analyzed a method to assess vegetable consumption in college nutrition programs. The publication in the Journal of American College Health is entitled, Reliability of a frequency method for assessing vegetable intake using photos among college students: a smartphone approach.<\/p>\n

Bhurosy is a behavioral scientist with a research focus on improving nutrition equity and food security, by addressing the behavioral and social determinants of nutrition behaviors underlying chronic conditions such as cancer.<\/p>\n
