Margaret Tabb joined the Consumer Assistance Program (CAP) at the beginning of August 2021. CAP is a partnership between the University of Vermont CDAE\/CALS and the Vermont Attorney Generals Office. She is on the front lines of interfacing with and assisting constituent communication at CAP. The position also plays a critical role in training and mentoring the student consumer advisors every semester. Tabb’s role also includes Scam with Loss mediation<\/a>, facilitating and implementing community outreach events, phone calls, complaint mediation, updates, and referrals.<\/p>\n
