Grossman School of Business Associate Professor Ante Glavas<\/a>, recently co-authored an article “Social Intrapreneurship: Unleashing Social Innovation From Within”<\/a>that was published in the MIT Sloan Management Review.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The article deals with how and why social intrapreneurship has emerged as a way to increase employee involvement in corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.<\/p>\n
