This year’s Math Day will take place on the UVM campus on Wednesday, May 20, 2026. This year’s speaker is Dr. Mike Miller Eismeier, who will give a talk entitled Inside and Outside, in Practice and Theory<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

About Math Day<\/strong>
State and regional prize winners are honored at Math Day, which is held on the University of Vermont campus in May. The Math Day program includes a math talk on an interesting topic chosen by the year’s speaker, and an awards luncheon. The prize winning students are invited to campus for Math Day along with their parents and a representative from their school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
