A presentation and conversation with best-selling author and illustrator Laura Gao

Following the event, Laura will be available to sign copies of her book, Messy Roots: A Graphic Memoir of a Wuhanese American. Learning Community students who read the book this summer can bring their copy of the book to the event. A limited number of free books will be available at the event on a first-come, first-served basis.
