Wilderness Instructional Leadership Development
A semester long leadership course on hiking and backpacking. Become unhinged in the woods with people you just met! It’s fun I swear. WILD involves a 2-3 hour weekly class and 3 mandatory overnights throughout the semester. This includes the opportunity to get your Wilderness First Aid, which is required for leading trips. Program fee ~$175
WILD runs in both the fall and spring with 2 groups of 10 people due to group size limits on Vermont State Land.
