SAMHSA’s National Helpline is a free, confidential, 24/7, 365-day-a-year treatment referral and information service (in English and Spanish) for individuals and families facing mental and/or substance use disorders. 7 Cups of Tea: Emotional support

They offer free 24/7 Chat. Be heard by volunteer listeners and chat with others who understand in support chat rooms (free and anonymous) or find affordable therapists. More information can be found at https://www.7cups.com/

Suicide and Crisis Lifeline: 988

988 is a suicide prevention network that provides 24/7 service in the United States and Canada via a toll-free hotline or text with the number 988. The Lifeline provides free and confidential support for people in distress, prevention and crisis resources for you or your loved ones, and best practices for professionals.

Emotions Anonymous

Emotions Anonymous International is a nonprofit organization that facilitates the ongoing efforts of those who desire to improve their emotional well-being. Members come together in weekly meetings for the purpose of working toward recovery from any sort of emotional difficulties. EA members are of diverse ages, races, economic status, social and educational backgrounds. Free; donations accepted. Domestic Violence Hotline

The National Domestic Violence Hotline offers free services. Their advocates listen and help without judgment. Services are free, confidential, and available 24/7. 1-800-799-SAFE (7233) Website: https://www.thehotline.org
