Posters

Text Display

Throughout the exhibit large displays are suspended from the ceiling or posted on walls to communicate important background research, findings, analysis, and introductory material.

Posters are either duplicated in English and German or contain both languages.

Paintings

“These are images I created for Clara of Tempelhofer Feld; I like to think of each of them as little memories that all blend together in an attempt to make a full picture of the place. It is a beautifully frustrating task to try to capture something so unique as this field, something that you really have to be standing right in front of to understand the full gravity of its power. I hope that these paintings can at least bring you a little bit closer to the dreamy, free, and expansive feeling created in our bodies when we were there.”

Timeline

A (brief) chronology of Tempelhof’s history between the years 1200 and 2014 is displayed as a 6-foot, wall-mounted timeline.
