Postdoctoral Associate and Lecturer, UVM
Rebecca Pincus is a Postodoctoral Associate and Lecturer at UVM. She received a BS from the Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University, a MS in Environmental Law from the Vermont Law School, and a MS in Natural Resources from UVM. Her research focuses on the US military and its impacts on energy policy; energy security; and the role of alternative dispute resolution techniques (ADR) in resolving conflicts over energy and environmental policy. .
