Halloween at the UVM Horse Barn

Halloween Barn returned in full force this year after a few years’ hiatus due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The event, held annually at the UVM Horse Barn for the past two decades, welcomes community members and their families to trick or treat through the horse barn stalls where they are greeted by students and their horses in costume.

This year’s Halloween Barn drew roughly 450 community members and supported by over 40 UVM student volunteers. Students in the CREAM program also joined in the fun by bringing a few cows in costume.

Special thanks to the students in the UVM Horse Barn Co-Op who organized the event, and to the students in EQUUS and Dressage Team who dressed up with their horses!
