We recently welcomed the first cohort of students in UVM’s new doctoral program in Sustainable Development Policy, Economics and Governance. Hailing from seven different countries, the 10 doctoral students will spend the next several years gaining skills to address sustainable development challenges in local, state, national and global communities.
Lisa Chase and members of the Agritourism Multi-State Project Team received the 2021 Excellence in Tourism Programming Award from the National Extension Tourism Network. This award recognizes outstanding tourism program development, impacts, or accomplishments relative to innovative, creative, or scholarly activities.
