Corinne Cooper has joined Extension after spending almost nine years as the assistant town clerk for Berlin, VT, where she was responsible for compiling the annual town report, updating records, and addressing resident concerns. Carolyn Claxton joined the Community Development and Applied Economics Department (CDAE) as their office/program support generalist in July. In this role, she supports all members of the CDAE community. Prior to joining UVM, Claxton was employed by Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences for nearly 12 years, where she served as the coordinator for student affairs. Jesse Cote has a background in mental health services and supporting young people in developing behavior goals. He also served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Ecuador, offering supportive opportunities to build life and career skills, such as leadership camps, English language courses and more.
