Backyard Chicken Salmonella Sampling Manuscript Accepted
Department of Nutrition and Food Sciences Assistant Professor Andrea Etter’s lab had their first manuscript accepted for publication in Frontiers in Veterinary Science, detailing the results from three years of adult backyard chicken sampling for Salmonella enterica. August Declared Agritourism Month in Vermont
Governor Phil Scott signed a proclamation that August 2022 is agritourism month in Vermont. The proclamation celebrates the International Workshop on Agritourism that was hosted by UVM Extension from August 30 to September 1 in Burlington, VT
