Pollinator Fact Sheets Spotlight Bees Important for Fruit & Vegetable Crops

With the warming temps and growing season kicking off, UVM Extension’s Pollinator Program has new resources for use about crop pollinators and how to support them in select Vermont grown crops.

A “Do You Know Your 5?” factsheet series spotlights the five bees which are most important to pollination of the following fruits and vegetables:

  • Apple
  • Blueberry
  • Bramble
  • Ground cherry and tomatillo
  • Squash
  • Stone fruit
  • Strawberry
