Praxis the Focus for Agroecology Transitions Series

Resources are being provided by Professor of Agroecology & Environmental Studies Ernesto Mendez and his Agroecology and Livelihoods Collaborative support team, for projects associated with the McKnight Foundation’s Collaborative Crop Research Program in South America and Africa. This includes a new online series titled “Perspectives on Agroecology Transitions.”

The series of short publications explores different aspects of agroecology transitions. It focuses on the notion of praxis, which is the continual consideration of theory/reflection with practice/action. This helps us to think deeply about our work and how to best contribute to social transformation.
