2022 Cold Climate Viticulture Conference Held in Burlington

Plant and Soil Science Assistant Professor Terence Bradshaw, with the UVM Fruit Program and the Vermont Grape and Wine Council, hosted the VitiNord 2022 conference. It was held at the Hilton Lake Champlain in Burlington, VT from December 4 to 7.

This premier cold-climate grape and wine conference is held every three years and alternates between European and North American host cities. Over 250 attendees from 23 U.S. states and Canadian provinces as well as Denmark, France, Norway, Spain, and Sweden participated in two days of educational sessions, coordinated educational wine tastings, and a tour of Vermont vineyards.
