Students in PSS 2120, Weed Ecology and Management, went down to the Intervale on September 6, 2023, to assist with weed control in plots replanted following catastrophic flooding in July.
After learning about the array of organic weed management approaches used by the Intervale Community Farm, students participated in manual weed control in cabbage and broccoli plots.
